Upd the ambient radiative temperature of the city
It was set to 300 K, but the post-processing of the rendering assumed a
measured temperature range between 273 and 275 K. As a result, the
resulting image, once converged (i.e., calculated from a sufficient
number of Monte Carlo simulations), was saturated: all visible pixels
displayed a temperature above 275 K.
Hence this commit, which sets the ambient radiative temperature to 273
K, as was the case before the commit 36b980c. That commit updated the
configuration description in accordance with changes made to its file
format and the stardis command line: the ambient radiative temperature
was no longer defined as a stardis command-line argument, but directly
in its configuration input file. During this update, the reported
ambient radiative temperature was incorrect: it had previously been set
to 273 K but was replaced with a temperature of 300 K.
Finally, this commit introduces the use of English as the commit
language, as this repository may eventually be published for an
international audience.
